We have an immediate full-time opening for a Client Communications Analyst possessing strong communication, organizational, administrative and client-focused competencies, at our corporate studio in Orange County, CA.

Level:  1 – 5 years

You will assist the Business Advancement Strategists, MarCom Managers and Client Communication Strategists with the following:

  1. Client partnerships and engagements;
  2. Discovering client opportunities;
  3. Researching and gathering industry information

Client Communications Analysts are fast learners and are also nurturing, collaborative, and fun individuals who apply strong, common sense and integrity to all of their work.

 

Responsibilities

Client Communications

    • Answer incoming calls, help clients and potential clients
    • Direct client inquiries to the correct resource
    • Administrate website communication, direct requests, add new members

Sales Support

    • Support client satisfaction and appreciation projects
    • Support our warranty and publishing product programs
    • Assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations
    • Administrate client price program and order forms
    • Follow-up with clients on product and program testing, use, and value

Research

    • Collect and manage industry data
    • Conduct client research
    • Conduct market research

Marketing Support

    • Assist with the development of marketing and communications materials
    • Provide copy writing and editing support on press releases and blogs
    • Assist on social media outreach plans and execution
    • Help spread the word about Spellbound

 

Qualifications

Skills

    • Internal and external client service focus with a passion for performance and support
    • Excellent telephone skills
    • PC Skills – Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; data entry; and other computer tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
    • Accuracy and organizational skills
    • Adaptability and versatility – wear multiple hats in a team environment
    • Desire for growth and advancement; we’re willing to teach if you’re hungry to learn

Experience

    • Minimum 5 years office experience
    • Some sales & marketing support experience desired

Travel

    • Potential for 10% to 20% within North America

Education

    • 4 year college degree required
    • Creative courses are a plus
